Druto E-Ticket acts as an intermediary between travelers and travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc. We do not own any travel products. The accuracy, completeness, and correctness of the inventory-related information displayed on the website are the sole responsibility of each provider. Market conditions or circumstances may change unexpectedly, leading to inaccurate or outdated information on the website.

In the event of any issues or complications during the booking or travel period, Druto E-Ticket will serve as a point of contact and make commercially reasonable efforts to assist the customer. Druto E-Ticket will adhere to the standard policies of the respective travel providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

Payment Terms

By making a payment through this website, you agree to the use of your personal details for verification and validation of your transactions to ensure the security of your credentials. You acknowledge that the details you provide may be disclosed to third-party credit card payment gateway agencies for verification purposes only. Your personal details will not be used for any other purposes except to verify and confirm your identity.

Booking Terms

When you make a booking through our website for travel products, the booking is made with the travel provider specified on the booking page. Our website solely acts as a user interface. Before making any bookings or purchasing travel products through Druto E-Ticket, travelers must carefully read and agree to the terms and conditions of the respective travel providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). If any traveler encounters any issues or disputes regarding bookings, Druto E-Ticket will act as a point of contact and make commercially reasonable efforts to assist the customer. All prices and offers are subject to change based on availability.

Promotion Terms

Druto E-Ticket occasionally generates promotion codes/discounts that can be availed on the website. Druto E-Ticket reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw, or replace all or any of the terms and conditions related to promotions without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, Druto E-Ticket’s decision will be final and binding.

By registering with det.com.bd, you consent to us or our partners/affiliates/group companies contacting you periodically to provide offers/information about products or services that we believe may benefit you.

Cancellation & Refund

Druto E-Ticket will adhere to the cancellation/reissue policy of the respective supplier (airlines/properties/bus/tour operators, etc.).

For flights/hotels/tours, Druto E-Ticket will not charge any additional service fees.In case of a refund or reissue, customers must notify Druto E-Ticket at least 48 hours prior to the travel date.

Refunded amounts for hotels/flights/tours may be reflected in your account within 7 to 15 working days, depending on your payment method.

Convenience charges are non-refundable for any type of refund.

For EMI payments, an EMI charge will be deducted based on the payable amount.

***In the event of a national emergency, lockdown, political unrest, natural disaster, or similar circumstances, the standard refund policy may not be applicable.***
