Refund & Return Policy:

Tour

Druto E-Ticket follows the cancellation policy of the tour operator. To cancel a tour booking, customers must go to “My booking” > “Cancel” and confirm the cancellation. Please review the cancellation policy provided under each tour before making a booking. Bookings for blackout dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Druto E-Ticket does not charge any additional service fees apart from the fees quoted by the tour operator. If the EMI method is used for payment, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount. Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated after a successful cancellation. The refunded amount may be credited to the customer’s account within 7 to 15 working days, depending on the bank. Please note that the convenience fee is charged by the service provider and is non-refundable.

 

Hotel

Druto E-Ticket follows the cancellation policy of the respective property. To cancel a hotel booking, customers must go to “My booking” > “Cancel” and confirm the cancellation. Cancellation fees may apply based on the property and the timing of the cancellation. Changing the booking date is not possible for hotel reservations. Customers need to cancel the previous booking and make a new booking with the desired date. Bookings for blackout dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Druto E-Ticket does not charge any additional service fees apart from the fees quoted by the hotel. If the EMI method is used for payment, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount. Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated after a successful cancellation. It may take 7 to 15 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the chosen payment method. Please note that the convenience charge is non-refundable.

 

Flight

Druto E-Ticket adheres to the cancellation and re-issue policy of the airline. To cancel/re-issue a flight booking, travelers are advised to contact Druto E-Ticket at least 48 hours prior to the travel date. Failure to do so may result in a no-show charge as per the airline’s rules. To cancel/re-issue a flight booking, travelers can call +88 09613660366 or email support@det.com.bd. Our team will initiate the cancellation/re-issue process upon confirmation from the customer. Cancellation fees, re-issue fees, and a standard service charge may apply according to the airline’s policy. These fees are determined by the airline and are subject to change at any time. Druto E-Ticket does not charge any additional service fees apart from the fees quoted by the airline. If the EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) method is used for payment, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount. Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated after a successful cancellation, and the refunded amount may be credited to the customer’s account within 7 to 15 working days, depending on the chosen payment method. Please note that the convenience charge is non-refundable.

 

Bus

Druto E-Ticket follows the cancellation policy of the bus operator. To cancel a bus ticket, customers must go to “My booking” > “Cancel” and confirm the cancellation. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the cancellation request. EID or holiday tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable. The bus operator reserves the right to cancel any bus schedule at any time. If the bus is canceled by the bus operator, customers must inform Druto E-Ticket through the hotline +88 09613660366 (6 AM – 12 PM) or by emailing support@det.com.bd. Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated after a successful cancellation, and the refunded amount may be credited to the customer’s account within 7 to 15 working days, depending on the bank. Please note that the convenience fee is charged by the service provider and is non-refundable.
